We’ve been making our Lavender & Lemon Balm Sparkling Water for years, but recently it’s become suuuuuper popular! We will have it back in stock on FRIDAY, so this is your heads up to join the waitlist on our website, or set a reminder for yourself.

We use REAL Lavender Flowers and Lemon Balm leaves to craft this drink, which is why the flavor is mellow and enjoyable. There’s non of that weird perfume twang that you get from synthetic floral flavors and scents. We’re happy to see people are discovering how yummy this flavor is, because it’s a personal favorite around here! Both Lavender and Lemon Balm are wonderful for calming the nervous system, specifically our GABAA receptors, and it’s a great option if you’re looking for relaxation without CBD!

In 2020 we made the choice to become a business with a 4 day workweek. Staff are paid for 5 days, but we only work 4 days.
This is an idea we considered for years. It finally became reality during the pandemic as a means to limit in-person contact, and assure our staff had ample time to care for their mental and physical health during such a stressful time.
BuT WhAt AbOuT PrOduCtiVity?!!?
Well, we’ve learned the hard way that you can’t be productive when you’re severely burnt out! There are several recent studies that show productivity actually rises with the switch to a 4 day workweek!
For too long we’ve glorified the “hustle culture” and it’s unreasonable demands of our time, our bodies and our mental bandwidth.
All this to say - our customer service hours are Mon-Thursday from 8am-4pm. If you contact us outside of this window we thank you for your patience in getting a response.

And if you’re a biz owner thinking of taking the leap to a 4 day workweek DO IT. We understand this might be hard for hospitality, retail, healthcare, education…..but if you can make it happen we’d highly suggest it!

Hiiii we got tons of DMs after posting these flowers from The Poor Farm asking what they are - all I know is that they’re some kind of Peony. They were here when we arrived and they bloom every June.
Soooo let’s crowdsource this info - where’s my fellow flower freaks? I know one of y’all know, leave it below in comments so we can all plant them and live forever amongst their beauty.

PS- if you have ANTS on your Peonies LEAVE THEM TO BE! Do not murder them with poison. They have a “mutualistic” relationship with Peony flowers. The Peonies release a sugar the ants can eat, and in return the ants protect them from pests and help unfurl the flower from the compact buds. A beautiful relationship, with many opportunities for poetic learning as humans.
