Our standard
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA across the site, including product pages, the cart and checkout.
What we have done
In September 2026 we audited dramapothecary.com against WCAG 2.1 AA and made improvements across the site, including the menus, product pages, cart and checkout. We continue to review the site as it changes.
Third-party services
Some parts of the site, including the chat and contact widget, the store map and the card payment form, are provided by other companies (Re:amaze, Google Maps and Square) and we cannot change their code. If any of these gives you trouble, email us and we will help you directly.
