This is a simple toddy recipe for a cold day, with just a few ingredients that work together so well, it will seem fancier than the sum of it’s parts. The foundation of any good hot toddy is generally warm water, citrus and some kind of sweetener. It’s easy and enjoyable to dress up this equation using infused honeys, flavored syrups, bitters and various kinds of citrus.
