This recipe utilizes our Juniper Rose Syrup paired with Gin, which naturally seem like a match made in heaven. The Wild Mountain Sage Bitters add a floral and earthy flavor that isn’t to be missed.
– 1 1/2 oz. good Gin
– 1/2 oz. DRAM Juniper Rose Syrup
– 2 oz sparkling water
– 3 shakes DRAM Wild Mountain Sage Bitters
– Rose petals for garnish, if you don’t have rose petals don’t sweat it.
Add the gin and Juniper Rose Syrup to a martini shaker with ice and shake well. Pour into a glass, top with soda water, bitters and garnish.
