Take 30 minutes before bed as part of a regular sleep routine. Best taken directly in the mouth, these drops have a very mild herbal flavor with a hint of basil.
This blend contains plant spirit essences, which have no taste or smell, just the subtle energetic imprint of the plant extracted in pure water using sunlight. Snapdragon Flower Spirit Essence is traditionally used for releasing tension around the mouth and jaw, while White Chestnut Spirit Essence is traditionally used for a busy, looping mind.

HOW TO USE
Approximately 1.7mg CBD/drop, 84mcg CBN/drop. Drop desired amount under your tongue and let absorb for up to a minute, or add a few drops to smoothies, coffee, tea, or your favorite recipe.
We suggest starting with 5-10 drops. Wait 30 minutes and see how you feel. Additional drops may be taken to reach your desired state of mind.
