A sweet and savory simple syrup crafted with Evergreen needles foraged from the wilds of Colorado. Deliciously unusual- the taste of the Rocky Mountains!
FLAVOR PROFILE
Citrus, Pine Forest, Warm Vanilla.
GREAT WITH
Enjoy on pancakes, as a finishing glaze on meat, sweeten baked goods, mix into sparkling water and cocktails. Take in tea or hot water to combat sore throats, cough and congestion.
Wonderful mixed into a Gin and Tonic or Mojito! Or make our famous Alpine Manhattan.

This is delicious in alcohol free cocktails, but I’m sure it would also be good in alcoholic drinks if that’s what you like. It’s amazing with my morning tea with a little cream. I also like to think drinking a spoonful before bed and in the morning helped me get over my cold more quickly because the label told me so.

I dream about this pine syrup constantly when it’s sold out. I love hiking, and this syrup gives me nostalgia for the scent of wet pine and moss in the woods. I pair it with palo santo bitters in cocktails whether alcoholic or virgin.
