ALPINE BERRY SWITCHEL (ELDERBERRY & STRAWBERRY) – Concentrate
This is an elixir crafted from honey and organic apple cider vinegar, historically enjoyed by farmers to keep them hydrated and energized throughout the day.

Enjoy this sweet and tart elixir diluted 1:2 OR 1 tablespoon per 8 ounces liquid. We suggest mixing with sparkling water, tea, juice or cocktails!

In cocktails, Switchel can offer a savory and tart element that is very refreshing, and mixes especially well with vodka, gin and tequila.

Switchel can also be used in marinades and salad dressings! We love it simply tossed with steamed or fresh greens.
