This refreshing cocktail uses a bit of Switchel which is a blend of apple cider vinegar and pure honey that was traditionally enjoyed by farmers to keep them hydrated and nourished throughout the day. Our Ginger flavor lends itself well to almost all kinds of liquor and we particularly love it with a nice clean gin or vodka. This drink may also be enjoyed sans booze and is just as satisfying.

Ingredients:

– 1 1/2 oz. Gin or vodka

– 1 oz DRAM Ginger Switchel

– 2 oz sparkling water

– cinnamon

– any flavor DRAM Bitters- this drink works with all of them

Directions:

In a cocktail glass muddle Rosemary, add booze, switchel, cinnamon and ice and shake well. Strain over fresh ice and top with sparkling water and your favorite flavor DRAM bitters. Enjoy!
